These terms apply when you use the Calculus Animated website and course. By starting the free trial or buying the course, you agree to them. Questions: info@calculusanimated.com.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Your account is for you alone. Please don't share your sign-in links or your access with other people.

Free trial

The free trial gives you access to two lessons with no payment and no card required. The rest of the course unlocks after purchase.

Purchase and lifetime access

The course is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Lifetime access means you keep access to the course for as long as Calculus Animated continues to offer it, including lessons we add or update along the way. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe.

30-day refund policy

If the course isn't for you, email info@calculusanimated.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We process refund requests promptly; how long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider. Access to the paid lessons ends when the refund is processed.

Using the course

The lessons, animations, simulations, and quizzes belong to Calculus Animated. You may watch and use them for your own learning. You may not download, copy, record, resell, or publicly share them.

No guaranteed results

We built the course to help you understand calculus, and many students have improved their grades with it. We can't promise any specific grade or exam score, because that also depends on your class, your teacher, and the work you put in.

Availability

We work to keep the course available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as an outage at one of our providers.

Ending access

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing access or redistributing the lessons.

Limitation of liability

The course is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Calculus Animated's total liability to you for any claim related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
